I know it has been ages since I went fishing but I can not seem to find where lures are in the menu. Would someone please point me to the exact place(s)? Thanks!

They're in the equipment menu, with other fishing stuff. Note that u won't get recipes for lures until u craft primitive casting rod itself.

And the question from me: what the hell is Mistletoe and how can one get any? Is it a visual thing on tree model I should pick up, or should I interact with every tree in hope to find some new option like "pick Mistletoe"?
EDIT: Once I've asked, I've found one on some tree. So answering myself - It's like some green herb on top of the tree. You should click on itself and pick it up.

Am I screwing myself over if I'm just getting credos?

Should I be killing off my character after each credo, or is the difference even that worthwhile?

You don't have to. And doing so may make later credos harder. Some people seem to be doing it from what I'm hearing, but not everyone.

I has started taming a sheep. It was at about 85-90% when i had to leave for about a week or two. Now i log back in and see that mouflon has not despawned, and is just standing there. I can still leash and unleash it, but can not feed it clover. My question is, will it go into aggressive mode again and be tamable, or should i start over?
P.S.: After i re-leashed it, it apparently reset itself, and got in battle mode after about 12 hours.

In case the character is in a developed village (and especially when it's an alt in creation) it's a no brainer to kill it off after each credo. It's IMHO another mechanic that disadvantages hermits as these usually can't force feed (both food and LP) their character using broken mechanics.

It will look very bright blue and flowery.
Flax can only be harvested on the last stage so a way to be sure is to just right click it. If it says nothing, then it is not done. If it says "harvest", then it is done.

Alternatively, if you use a custom client (Like the great Amber client) it will show you the stages the crops are by pressing Ctrl+P

Right click some fuel inside it first.
Then right click the kiln, anywhere.
In the middle is good, so then its more difficult to miss.
