It's purely random on how quickly they take it. Try being right on top of them when you give it so that any movement (other than away) will generally cause them to walk into you.

So, i tried making some leather armor again, this time some boots, to start(i also made a shield, but he got no wear even tho i was using shield up).
My question is: Can i, somehow, repair my shitty boots? or they are doomed forever?

So far, there is no repair mechanic. However, keep in mind that the higher quality armor you make, the more wear and armor class your equipment will have.

Roadsigns?

Postby HIgh_Queen_Kim » Wed Jan 03, 2018 5:00 am

ok. I've done a noob thing: landlocked my knarr. I researched the answer: roadsigns (trickily).
So I started playing around with building them around my knarr. I see others have built theirs much closer than I seem to be able to.
So I started looking for more information about roadsigns. I found a few things here and there but nothing too helpful.
Is there something out there that I missed?

of course I'm spoiled by other games just giving away all the answers in detailed how-to's but this is becoming frustrating. I need help. Please?

You can hold ctrl+shift to place objects outside the grid, start inside the knarr and move out+click one pixel a time.

quality vs material

Postby DoctorCookie » Wed Jan 03, 2018 5:16 pm

This is mainly about metal. I understand that a bronze sword is better than an iron sword. What about other items like a pickaxe? is a bronze pickaxe of higher quality better than a steel pickaxe? Is an iron axe of 100q better than a steel axe of 50q?

It depends ... if you are using Amber client then there is an icon on your mini-map that will give you your location. If you are using default client then you will just have to look on the map and find yourself using familiar landmarks such as mountains or swamps.

For items the material dosn't matter (as long as it is accepted as an ingredient).
