who can help me ,i tried to pay with master card and followed in store wondow to the page where i need to put my info ,after i did it ,i pushed next and got this message

Paypal refused to process the payment instrument you provided for this transaction. Please return to the store and try again with some other method of payment, or contact support. Your account has not been charged.

after this i noticed i lost - 1 usd from my card by saying ////Buying - 1 usd - paypal and numbers
i filled my card with just 10 $ + % of taxes
and WHAT NOW?

what the fuck really ?i payed 50 times in steam games with using cards

This happened to me 2 years or so back.
I never ever got refund, even I insisted with customer service a lot.Then I got tired of it and decided not to use paypal anymore.

I think it happened to me because my credit card had expired and ofc the new card had a different number (idk in other countries, here the bank autho changes it each 2 years) and PP had my cc number from previous purchases. They never told me what happened, just insisted about they preventing fraude.

They said they needed to verify it was mine and I should make the 1 dollar transaction, did once, nothing, they say do it again. In the end I did it 3 times, and nothing. Then they said make a purchase, and nothing came out too. Lastly they asked me to send my documentation, like copy of my ID and etc.
Never ever got a refund and people that I bought from did not get the money either. Lucky me it was only 10 dollars (even here it is a lot of money, plus a lot of taxes that makes ir 150%).

I need some help here I had a paypal error and it charged me and it says that I don't have a subscription and I also only have a few hours left . I have the money to pay again and wait for the other to get resolved but I don't want to have the error again.

This is "unofficial" questions and answers. This needs a response from the devs. Best to PM loftar on this directly for this sort of matter.

I can say that any time you get a message like this from PayPal, it's best to double check your account soon after you attempted the transaction to make sure you aren't getting charged, and again 24-48 hours later.

Can't through paypal or to verify the account in to buy a hat ... not the rare case when I want and have something to pay for the game, and the way outside ... jorb, loftar, have mercy, quickly switch to another payment method

You can try and see if they'll take a pre-paid card with no account sign up. Though how many companies they accept I'm not sure; even worse being they are in the U.S. so they get stingy thanks to our financial information collection services. Shit out of luck situation for most paypal avenues outside of the U.S. sadly.

Hopefully that new option comes along soon that also takes bitcoins.

They've said multiple times there's a hold up with one of the other companies. They probably can't get an ETA from them, so they can't give one to us :/
