They are now.

If I am only getting stones, like an inventory full, does that mean there is no ore, or I'm just unlucky? And is it possible to get ore if I keep mining further into that spot?

Has anyone been in situation where support is built and after breaking a wall near the support there was falling dust? Is there still a risk of a cave in within support range? Is this falling dust dangerous when in support range? I'd rather not find out the hard way - if the cave in broke the support (falling dust is literally 2 tiles away from the support) it could get really nasty...

I've not any any problems with it, as long as the wall is under mine support. I even built that support near cave-in boulders and haven't had another since it went up.

To make it clearer: it's either stone OR it's ore. Can't be both. the next tile MIGHT be ore, though. Been plenty of times I've knocked down a tile to find ore behind it.

Dust falls but the support does its work. mined already near one side of the max range of the support, nothing happened.
I hope they will insert some smaller cave way supports with lesser cost for a save way to the next vein. Had the unluck to get only gneiss in 6 full smelters of heavy earth in a row.
