I wasn't angry at all. I was excited! Like "what a glorious man visited my humble topic"... And as I've said to MagicMan, I agree with getting all "new cheese info" here and hasn't any offense with it. I've just said, it isn't a proper topic for discussing new cheese...
Sadly, no one had still created a new topic like "Sheep cheese production cycle" and I'm doubt I can do it by myself (even with all your info-help).
For future note: if you ever suspect me in any offense deeds - please reconsider your decision as softly as you can meaning my bad language.
