does a charter stone provide a visitor debuff when its used? or must i build a pali around it to provide this?

i was quite sure it did, but now im questioning it.

Only thing I found on it. I can never recall, either, since I don't do a lot of trading, and don't travel via charter stones, anyway. I'm double checking my search.

edit: Note I'm thinking it does, too, and was hoping to find it in patch notes, but for some reason I'm not spotting the specifics.

im at work or else I would test it, but I wanna believe that it would give visitor, or else you would have people performing sieges from charter stones, which if im not mistaken was a thing before.

if someone could just try it out and confirm it, would help me with the great cheese heist lol.

The difference between your combat skill and your enemy's. If you were punched by someone with

• exactly your ua, your maneuver fills up the default amount
• more ua than you, your maneuver fills up more than the default amount
• less ua than you, your maneuver fills up less than the default amount

Do we know the formulae here? Like, if I punch someone with twice my UA? Half my UA? (And do we understand MC vs. UA for melee attacks vs. combat meditation, for example?)
