That would be a pity because of losing all the associated blessings.

Village claims need to be 100tiles away from eachother's claims in order to be built, you must be trying to build the village idol within roughly 151tiles distance of another claim, otherwise it shouldn't state that. (Also has nothing to do with realms or personal claims)

even an abandoned village banner will prevent you from building a new Village claim in the 100 tiles radius, I think.

also waterskins if you need inventory portabillity. Water flasks are more expesive but more efficient on a L/slot basis

My ploughed terrain has decayed in one single spot, not back to unploughed land but having green stuff on it like weeds. I can plant and harvest on top of these weeds but they do not disappear even when I replough or dig it into the bottom of a deep hole and then refill.

Is there a way to get rid of this?

How fast can an experienced player with over 20,000 points get through a palisade? Can he destroy his way in without a waiting period?

You'll need a wrecking ball or siege engines, these have to dry in place before you can operate them.
Unless there is a claim shield active on the palisade you should be able to break it (with one of the mentioned devices) within a couple of minutes.

There is a claim shield. How fast can an overpowered character bent on murder get in?

Their stats are pretty irrelevant for breaking in. If they leave a wrecking ball set up against a wall, let it dry for 24 hours, and then start sieging they can probably get through the shield and wall in like 14 hours, assuming the claim owner doesn't refresh their shield by filling it with brimstone during the act. If they instead set up a few catapults/rams, and use them as often as they reasonably can, the shield hits 0 in around 16 hours, same assumptions.

Sounds like a bug, those vines are only supposed to appear on decaying laid stone. Maybe let it grow to the size at which it normally destroys said laid stone and see if it reverts the plowed land to soil? (Or maybe crashes the server.)
Total misplay.
