Is there an a official thread on what they do about bugs? All this commotion had some people talking about perma bans on people doing stuff that I hadn't heard of like barrels and throughs and shit. I can't find what the forums sorry if it's been asked before.

Not really. The devs are usually informed of the major bugs via PM or players keep them to themselves. Bans are pretty unlikely unless you are exploiting a bug which will have negative consequences on the server, the world or the people playing in it. Don't quote me on that. Exploit at your own risk.

There was a general statement posted at one time that jorb posted. It's been a while ago, and the stance was pretty much "report the issue and we'll fix it as soon as we're able." In the mean time, if other problems came up, they didn't interfere too much as all parties were generally aware of such abuses and used them back and forth. Since around w8, it's been more and more a strong stance against abusing bugs that cause severe damage to other players or the server health. However, neither jorb nor loftar have posted anything specific about abuses and exploits. In general, if it's considered inconsequential, use it till it gets fixed. At least, that's my take on it.

I don't think it helped that loftar has been in the middle of a major project for almost a year now that is getting close to wrapping up (I hope). When someone blatantly abuses a bug like this, it's an interruption to the flow of thought, and I'd be more like to smack down a fool, at least.

I've never tested the specifics but a fully fueled fire seems to last a couple of hours or so. The hot ash remains for three or four times as long. If you test it and let us know somebody might update the wiki.

I am aware that you can unfortunatly not buy even 2 shoppe hats of the same kind, but is that also true for Subscription hats?

I wanted to extend my Gold Sub today, but would like to get another Stahlhelm for paying that much again.

I guess I will suggest aswell sometime that you should be able to have a dozen hats (or at least a couple) of the same to be able to trade and keep them. Otherwise you can only trade when you got the money to buy them again should you wish to have a copy aswell and as long as they are available. I mean Jorbtar should ne delighted that someone is willing to throw more money at them this way ... ;P
