What specific processor? What GPU? A 3rd gen i3 is going to perform significantly different than a 6th gen.

Best suggestion is to grab one of the clients from The Wizards' Tower. These will give you some extra options for turning off clutter that can be a significant slowdown. The primary three are Amber, Ardennes, and Puru's Pasta currently, and these are fairly well trusted by the community.

If this is one of the early i3s with the integrated Intel GPU, there may not be much to be done as you're going to be stuck with a very slow processor and limited GPU support for proper graphics acceleration.

I am reading about credos and some say for example that they give +20 marksmanship.
Is that flat stat or a bonus?
Because if its flat increase, then its worth it to do credos much later.

Those bonuses are almost meaningless later in the game. It's the extras that you can't normally earn that make them worth it. Also, these +attributes count as a part of your base, so earlier is better for them, as it usually gives you a nice boost to various qualities.

It's either a joke or malware. Don't download it.
RAM is a physical thing and can't be downloaded. There have been some tries in the past to extend the available RAM by compressing currently unused portions, but the runtime was horrible and it wasn't stable.

As your machine only has 2GB RAM your options are to either extend it (by adding more) or, preferably, get a more modern computer. Sorry, that's it.
