If i pick the Rage skill, can animals continue attacking me when i'm KO'd, or is this solely a PvP thing?

Animals will continue attacking as well.

This isn't true. I've been KO'd by multiple animals after learning rage in W11, none continued to attack.

Can't say anything about the new situation, but in legacy it was random. Sometimes they'd let you go, other times they'd straight up murder you.

At some point in world 8 or so i think they incentivized some animals to have a higher interest in killing you the more you cheese them, i.e. the more they can't reach you when they want to reach you.

Chickens and rabbits have a hidden hunger value.

Essence
Substance
Vitality
Oh hey, its our old friends ESV. These refer to all products directly created from the animal. For a horse these would be the values of butchered products only. The first three values are the same ones we have been dealing with all along.

Wow.

Didn't even look at the page. Could remember what page animal hunger was on, so searched it and pulled the page link.

Damn, that needs updating.Updated that page to get rid of the tri-quality references. I think I got them all.

As of world 11, claims do not have shields anymore. Does it mean that people can built a catapult next to your wall and bombard everything inside in catapult's range, without destroying the wall first? If so, it is a must to have a "buffer zone" between outer walls and anything valuable inside (buildings, animals) of at least 20 tiles, correct?

That's my understanding.
