I'm fairly certain that the log cabin uses just one type of wood block.

Also.

Has anyone built anything with hornblende yet? I don't like the look for paving but it certainly seems interesting in a stone chair.

Never having built a stonestead/mansion/windmill, how can I predict what the stone's going to look like? Will a hornblende stonestead look as horrible as the paving or have the shininess I imagine it having in a stone tower? Am I going to have to bite the bullet and find out for myself?

Drop the stone on the ground. This is the texture it will use for the stones on buildings. Please note that they look very stretched on Towers, however.

Windmills are the only buildings that use the pavement texture.

I liked it for paving ... :) ... I am planning some builds in it but not ready for them yet, terraforming first. :)

I used it on the idol ... but the wood sort of makes it dirty looking, lol, I like it tho.

Meanwhile, the new tree, Quince; the boards are quite colourful, looks nice and bright in a cave. :D

I'm like 90% sure it's this:

But, I don't remember exactly.
“We still, alas, cannot forestall it-
This dreadful ailment's heavy toll;
The spleen is what the English call it,
We call it simply, Russian soul.”

An idea to consider: Tedium, a Feature.

I need a second opinion.

For a stone stead house. What bough would look best with Walnut? What stone would blend smoothly with the walnut and roofing? I've seen a number of good houses in this forum. A lot of them have straw which I haven't acquired yet.
