if you are hermiting then once ur vill is active forget pclaim, if you live with other then make vclaim all over pclaim and u can leave pclaim as ur private zone while the rest of vclaim will be communal

Got it. Will it make a difference siege wise? If someone takes the village claim, are the personal claims it covers essentially null?

i am not an expert but i do believe lawspeaker can revoke someones right to pclaim on vclaim thats why the lawspeaker should be offline on siege

Villages can only revoke a personal claim in case the village authority object that influences the stake is older than said stake.

Yes, that's why you make sure that you leverage the visitor debuff to prevent that.
