I believe it is Autumn Steak they're most commonly used with. The trade value is higher than most other foraged items because there's no way to grow them in garden pots yourself.

Seeing that chop spam is harder than previous worlds due to the IP requirement, whats the new "ideal" combat setup for hunting now? I've managed to make a sword and having just unlocked chop, I've noticed the most efficient thing for me to do right now is punch for openings -> watch it's moves for 1 ip -> chop, but I'm just wondering, is that the best way?
