Prior to the plant lore/gardening update I had a decent sized farm, then I left the game for a tad.
I came back recently, having purchased plant lore/gardening and now harvesting my flax I'm not getting any seeds.
What am I doing wrong?

Not sure what to say. The new skills only increase the base number of seeds you get. Sure those seeds didn't go into an empty bucket you're carrying?
