does agil affect stam drain when mining?

Male sheep have horns, female sheep don't. Put both together and if they screw the female will get pregnant. This can take some time.
Quality of tamed animals can never go up, only their offspring can be higher qualities.
They're q10 but they're only 50% effective. There doesn't appear to be any way to raise their effective quality as far as I can tell.
No, agility doesn't effect stamina while mining. Increase your tool quality, using a pickaxe instead of a stone axe, and having more strength will reduce how long each tile takes to mine and thus reduce how much stamina you need to mine out a tile.

What does "you discover slightly better ores" or "you find better ores" even mean? If I dug up a wall and found stone without skill, there could be a ore if I dug it with skill? If so - this is completely retarded.

No, stone and ore veins are pre-determined by world gen. I think those skills just let you find higher quality ore. They definitely improve smelt rates and bloom/wrought rates as well.

It would be nice if you quoted the whole text you are referring to. It's hard to say what it meant, when taken out of context.

Maybe it meant finding better types of ores, like bloodstone or black ore, which yield more metal when smelted. Or maybe it meant fidinging better quality ores on lower levels of the mine. Or maybe it meant the effect on tunneling, deep artifice etc. skills, which simply means that ores you mine will have higher chance of turning into metal.

It is whole quote and it is out of context. It's out of context in ingame description. It's impossible to understand what did they meant by saying "and you find a better ore when mining". Mining what? Wall? Ore? Stone? What is better ore? Same ore but with better chance of getting metal? Some other ore?

The new mining and farming skills have the same basic effects as the old nature/industry belief slider. So by "better ore," it simply means you get a better return on ores out of the smelter as Teck stated above. I believe jorb said as much in the patch notes for these skills.
Opinions expressed in this statement are the authors alone and in no way reflect on the game development values of the actual developers.

Upstairs and downstairs by default and you can build a cellar. Without comparing cellars, its physical presence is twice the size of a log cabin but internally it has 4x the space, making it much more efficient. Its cellar is twice the size of the log cabin cellar.

I've never been able to get a combat move to pop up from them before but I only tested it for like 5 minutes. Maybe but probably not. Same with frogs/toads, never had any luck getting anything out of them.
