Cellar = Feta + Outside = Cabrales
Cabin = Halloumi
Outside = Pecorino + Mine = Manchego
I also made a cheese called Gbejna but I am not sure how I got it, sorry

Putting Feta in a mine turns it into Generic Gouda

Feta in a cellar becomes gouda, too.
Also, both Feta and Halloumi give 3 slices.
I've been trying some stage 2 cheeses, i'll soon be able to give the results.
Edit:Pecorino, outside or in a cabin, turns into gouda.
Edit2: Pecorino in a cellar gave me Gbejna, though.

Sheep Curd in Cellar with time remaining after approx. 1 hour after placement in rack giving time remaining as 42 hours with Bronze Subscription (if that matters to time)
