No, you can't port to your friends hearth. You can set a hearth secret and add kin in such a way. At this point, I'm not sure what party options and such are there that were there before. I seem to recall the party arrow was going away. People can feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this.

You cannot click there picture to move to them, and there is no arrow. It is near impossible to find them, unless it comes with unlocking hearth magic.
