How do I claim my hat?!

I bought the subscription, where's my hat at?! XD

Avu: The end is near it has finally come to pass: I agree with Lunarius...
Shubla: There are also other reasons to play this game than to maximize your stat gain.

Somewhere on the Shop Site (i think there i have seen it) they did write that u have to click on ur Hearthfire ingame to get the items
*Edit* here u go "Purchased items are retrieved in-game by right-clicking your Hearth Fire. If you have none, you will need to build one."

They sold out, most of the playerbase came and stayed because it was a completely free MMO. I hope you enjoy the new empty W8.
