Creating Character please close

I have loaded the game a couple of times today as I have had to go out etc. Each time I reload game it comes up with the orb and I am having to create a new character each time. Why is this so?

because you haven't named your character, and used the campfire by the wizard to reach the " real " world of haven. hope this helps

I have made and named character twice now, it was only on the third time that I thought to ask on the forums why am I having to make it now for a third time. Use camp fire to join real world?
