Whare are the group arrows?

None in group, and we been in group for awhile

Removed for the most part, they will only appear if you guys happen to be close to each other.

so basically everything used to find each other is gone, and any way to find them hasnt been added (the map system)

Specifically, being able to find your friends has been made intentionally difficult. There are several reasons for this that I've heard, but the main one is trying to make it difficult and expensive on time to create alternate characters for your village.
