Good way to regain energy?

Is there a particular food that raises alot of energy? most of the things I eat tend to raise it only 50 points, do I have to just eat alot?

It probably will be a more expensive way but ant empresses give 1000% energy for 1% hunger, but you'll be missing out on LP

Perhaps eating at a table increases energy as well as fep and lowers hunger gain?
