How i reg health?

The game lagged ants attacked me and hit my life on this but how the hell i can regen my life i was in a swamp but no Leeches any1 can maybe help me?

having your energy bar green will have it say (healing), which very slowly regens health as long as it is green.

I'm in the same situation than you but with 4 HP
Note that it heals overtime but at an incredibly slow rate

I can't raid ants , my hourly LP is super low , HALP !

In Haven and Hearth
You would get wool from sheep you would make that into yarn and then into a bandage.
So im guessing the same thing is here as well.
I do remember that the bandage healed awfully slow

Yeah I know that but as I said I can't raid ant because of my low HHP , I've got 13 perc x 6 explo 3 survival so wool is not for now ...
I tried to find leeches without success so i was wondering if there is something else I missed ...
Tbh I feel like creating a new char would be my best bet wich kinda suck I never had this feeling with hnh1

This early game, there are times when committing suicide is cheaper than trying to heal a severly wounded character. If you can prep a hearthfire with some curios to get your next char a small jumpstart that might be wise.
