You need the equivalent of 10 perception x 15 exploration to find WWW and then dry it on the drying frame.

120 is/was actually the 50/50 point.

I haven't seen any, though, and I'm sitting around 70ish, so I'm sure it changed a little. Everything else seems to have been bumped up a few points so far.

I don't remember if I've leveled up since my first but it's 6x14 max sure (that's what I've got right now)
