How do i heal deep wounds?

i currently have 28 health and i see in my healing page that i have wounds that say "should heal on its own" and some that dont
the ones that dont are..
"deep cut"
"bruise"
"Blunt Dramma"
"Blunt Dramma"
what i think might be a thing is with those berrys you cant eat maybe you can make herbal medicine.. but any help would be great!

im just a little confusled because ive had the injerys for about 5 hours and everytime i look at the health page the numbers dont go down, except for the ones that say will heal on its own

You most likely need bandages.

yeah thats what im thinking but sadly im not sure how to get the first aid skill
(based off old haven and hearth)

Oh man. Ya you'll need bandages or go stick yourself in a cave somewhere while you're not playing, instead of logging off. Though if the server goes down while you're afk it wont work as well. So ake sure you have 4999% energy and would be good if your hunger is full as well I think? Do whatever you need/want to do til ur going to log off then leave your guy standing full everything (stamina,hunger,energy) inside a cave or wherever is safer. Your middle number for your hitpoints will slowly rise very slowly. Unless you get bandages im pretty sure. (thought havent been able to try yet myself)
