Can't seem to be able to chop stumps anymore? New method?

Adventure menu and destroy, its the same as in Salem.

Haven1.0 used to have a right click option if you had a shovel equipped. Hence the confusion.

Best option to do that is with a bucket and a barrel near you. It might take some time but it saves you plenty of time when clearing out the deforested area.
