Inheriting?

Does inheriting no longer give back a small portion of stats/LP? I got k.oed in shallow water and drowned with 21 con, 14 perception, 18 int, 11 marksmanship and 10 exploration. Does it take time to get the small lp return, or has that been removed?

True permadeath now, you get your claims/access rights back and that's it. Which at least leveled the playing field, in the old game some professions were hurt a lot less by death than others and that seemed unfair.
