Pave?

Have they changed how paving is done? Doesn't seem to be in landscaping anymore.

Not sure if specifics of the mechanics are the same or not, but it is there under the adventure menu (don't have client open at the moment, so can't say which submenu). I unlocked paving with Stone Working. I'm not sure if there are other prereqs. (farming to plow land? had already unlocked that one.)

Oh uh... How do we put down our buildings then?

I think it'd be safe to assume that if you can't pave, then a building won't decay on bare land (assuming the land is on an active claim).

But there is "lay stone" command in Landscaping menu. You just need Stoneworking skill.

Stone Working. Lay Stone (Landscape). If dosnt work, dig once to level the ground, lay stone.

With farming you unlock plow land, you don't need to level anymore to put pavement, just use a wooden plow and then pave.
