Flatten the Ground?

How do you flatten the ground to an even level and how do you do so to paved ground, if that's possible?

Go to landscaping > Survey Land

And then left click a box area of the land you want to flatten. This usually only works on areas that have no obstacles on them (ie, trees, stumps, cliffs, constructions).

After you set the area up, right click the flag, and hit the "Flatten ground" button.

This will take some time while your character digs a bit to even things out.

Anyway, after it's all done, probably the best way to pave is using a wooden plow (via farming skill) and then pave the tilled ground with stone.

Regarding flattening paved ground, it cant be done. You'd have to stomp the pavement to dirt (under landscaping, I think it unlocks with farming?)
