Where are the files downloaded to for the very first time when you install the game?

They're cached in Java's subdirectories. To get to them properly, go in through the Java control panel and view temporary internet files. From here you can clear programs from the cache, set shortcuts on your desktop, and a few other things. There will also be a hidden .haven folder in your User folders that stores any configuration information or loaded resources. (On windows, typically it would be C:\Users\<computer account name>\.haven)

Do you know if theres a way to download the offline files? It looks like its just cached or something not able to find much else.

Just trying to fix this error i'm getting below

I am on a work computer so my administrative rights are limited not sure if I am going to be able to run it
