Clay deposit

Are there clay deposits? Or do i have to sit here and get the little clay i find in rivers?

Acre clay isn't in yet. Ball clay from water is all you get. Good news is you can get a lot without searching for nodes. Bad part is you have to start moving up and down river from where you put a kiln for mass brick burning.

Add: oh, I believe I did see jorb say this is one thing they couldn't quite squeeze in before launch, so it will get added soonish.

As far as I know, you just move from place to place collecting clay. I don't know if it actually regenerates or not, but any area close to an area you've harvested just turns up 1-2 clay instead of the 7-8 clay you normally get from harvesting it the first time.

Clay is a tile by tile thing now. There are no large nodes of it and it does regenerate. Even if 1 tile only gives 1 clay, the tile next to it may give 5, or it might just give you another 1 clay.
