well as i understand ,you can craft stinging Poultice ,after this you take it and right click on a deep cut in Health and Wounds menu ,you will get another buff which remove your own agility and str for some hours (it can be 5-10 hours)...but not sure about a timer you can get ,the one i noticed this new buff timer can be removed while you playing ( while you are offline timer stop ?!),but i can be wrong .

All wounds only progress while online so as not to make afking offline a good idea. Also, it allows them to put in bleeding wounds without having people die while offline if they forgot to treat it.

you need 3 stinging nettle ,2 strings ,1 dried hide

So am I right in my understanding that, until I can manage to get a dried hide without it being stolen in the process, i'm unable to recover HHP and am destined to eventually die from everyday bumps and scrapes?

if you can't even get a hide dried then you have other things to worry about, get away from the spawn area and work on yeomanry
