There might not be a way to heal it just yet in the game. We're hoping for something that'll handle those in the next update.

Well for now, just have your energy level in green and wait. it takes a long time to heal HHP.
if you can tame sheep maybe you can make bandages

i had some too: i just fed myself to 5000% energy and waited ~15 minutes/2HHP

Neither can presently be healed. While we will add more healing options, leeches not least of which, please do note that we do intend for some level of permanence in damages.

The circumstances of the game are what they are. If you can't handle permanent damage due to lag spikes then this might not be the game for you, as -- quite irrespective of what we do with wounds -- you will under any and all circumstances run the risk of losing your char entirely due to lag spikes.

Unavoidable consequence of what we are trying to build here, unfortunately.

The fundamental case for permanent damage rests in the fact that I think that all characters should be possible to "grind down" over time in PvP.

On another note, how quickly should the damage be healing? I remember it being a lot faster a couple days ago, but that could just be my imagination..
