After you die you lose all your skills&stats? You cant reincarnate like it was before?

Only things inherited would be Yeomanry and Claims. Everything else is gone.
Your best bet is to find your body which you are still allowed to loot, but skills, stats, and abilities will all be gone.

Yeah at least better would be like it was:
- Full Tradition: 25% loss of Attributes, Skills, and Learning Points.
Even Tradition/Change: 50% loss of Attributes, Skills, and Learning Points.
Full Change: 75% loss of Attributes, Skills, and Learning Points.
