Energy Question

Does anything bad happen when your energy drop to 0% or near 0% but your hunger is doing well. I am at content for hunger and wanted to know.

If your energy drops below 1000 you'll start accruing starvation damage.

So it's possible to be taking starvation damage while not hungry? I miss the old hunger system where you energy bar was also your hunger level. I guess with the abundance of berries the old system would be to OP for leveling stats?

The old system was always kind of retarded in how you could perform useless, laborious, tasks (plowing, running) in order to be able to eat more.

but then again, more energy usage should also increase hunger somewhat. not much, just burning energy should also help with that.
people arent more hungry after a day of running just cuz they didnt eat yet...

But doesn't the current system due to the way hunger drops over real time and not play time punish people for playing more often? Obviously it won't be as bad once we get to a point we can make better food I guess. I'm just trying not to fill my character to much cause it feels like I'm harming my growth being to full.

With the current system you can be full and starving at the same time.

I guess that is the idea behind the hunger bar.
