Extension limit before corner post? (Palisade)

So im building a palisade wall, and im trying to extend it but it's not allowing me any further... so before I screw it up I wanted to confirm that there is a limit of extensions before you have to put another corner post up?

I was hitting that same limit at ~17 tiles sometimes but not other times. It's weird and inconsistent so it's no doubt a bug, not that that helps you.

But after you put the corner post up you were able to continue? And yeah, I made 18 extensions I believe before it did it...

Yeah, my solution was placing another cornerpost too but just immediately at the end of the wall. I assumed that'd I'd be able to place at least 17 tiles again, so I measured out to get maximum bang for my buck. That worked just fine multiple times.

This has been posted about several times now and likely reported several times but go for it I guess. We all want to see it fixed after all. =)

I discovered if you don't try to build the full 18 or whatever extensions and do it in smaller parts you avoid having to build the corner post...
