Are the 48 hours that you get with a verified account "overtime" hours. So, used if you go over your 14 hours a week? Or do they just start ticking immediately? Of course, I like the idea of overtime hours.

You burn your hours down. At the start of each week, if you're below the maximum allowed, you are refilled back up to that max. Free accounts can have at most 7 hrs, verified accounts have at most 14.
