Destroying occupied leantos?

Postby MisterKennedy » Thu Sep 03, 2015 3:16 am

Is it possible? The space occupied by the leanto (which has a person sleeping in it) is covered by my claim, but whenever I try and destroy it, I don't get an hourglass or a message that I am too weak. It just doesn't seem to do anything. Am I doing something incorrectly?

Criminal acts turned on? That sounds weird, but lets do the basics first

There is no difference with criminal acts turned on. I simply cannot begin attacking the leanto as long as someone is asleep inside of it. When I toggle "destroy" and click on it, it will move my character over as if an action is queued up, but he won't actually do anything. There isn't an animation that plays or a message about how it is not possible for whatever reason. Nothing happens.

I still have not found a solution to this particular issue, and it is utterly hilarious in a way. I can destroy houses and any other kind of structure with no problem, but a leanto? Nope.

Oh I think I misread. If it's a claimed leanto, you need to have a village claim over it to destroy it without criminal skills. Otherwise you're going to need vandalism to take it out.

It should be giving you a descriptive error message saying you need that though. I'd say toss up a bug report.
