Build a Stake Claim?

i'm 100% sure i have discovered rocks, string, bones and block of wood. is that all you need? 'cause i just even rediscovered all those things and still no option to build stake claim. i have recipes for those things i discovered, inspirationals i can craft with dreams and bones and etc, no idea whats happening. maybe i need to discover a special kind of rock? or because i wasnt the one who built the dream catcher in which i took the dream from? anyone can help, please?
