1) Primary stone - 180 Soapstone
Secondary stone - 120 Mica
You can try to use any white stone as secondary: Limestone, Alebaster, Marble or Quartz.
2) Blocks - Whitherstand (90 + 35 garbage)
I realized it's pretty easy to grow W.
3) Boards - Persimon! (60 + 15 garbage)
I just fokken love Persimon.
4) Cloth - Wool (30 + 20 garbage)
The hardest part for me because I started to breed sheeps too late.
5) Metal - tin in ma' case. Choose any. Seems like it doesn't affect anything.

1) Block - Birch (80 + 40 garbage)
2) Primary boards - 30 Persimon!
Did I say I love Persimon?
Secondary boards - 18 Sallow
Tertiary boards - 12 Rowan
(now I don't remember, maybe that was 30 Persimon + 26 Rowan + 4 garbage... But I don't like Rowan, I should have chosen Sallow instead)
3) Thatching - Straw
