crafting with the new update

i have been playing the new updated hnh and i don't know to make any thing for example:
beds
starting armor
idk how to fight
and how to get clovers
its really annoying with the new update and i had ever thing [ except fighting ]

and also seeds for crops

Increase perception and exploration ot find food and clovers. Kill rabbits to make leather, and armor.

Beds are not in yet. Will be.

also how do you refill your hard health
