Wretched Gore

I have gotten a wretched gore now by my understanding I am just simply done lol IF there is a way to "heal" this ailment someone please help screenshot below.
Could not figure out how to spoiler the image sorry if its too large. Kinda scared to log on :(

Poultice and Gauze wont heal it. I'm afraid there is no current way for you to heal wretched gore. You're in luck though, it wont actually kill you as of right now. It's inert as other wounds. Rest easy and play without worry.

I'd worry about that bat outside his base.

Point of making wounds that kill you if left untreated. But then not adding way to treat them? :?

All wounds are presently inert in terms of development for the worse. Leniency abounds.

You would be correct in that statement as it may not have been THAT bat but I was exploring and thought I found a new type of curio oh how wrong I was....like the iconf or bats is so small its like come to me I'm a curio ¦]

Thanks For the reply I was kinda like scared outta of my mind and went to bed before even hearing replies or last night(for me) xD and Thank you everyone else who commented and helped me even though its impossible right now and that wound description is gross....lol
