What make leather, help please!

What items i need to unlock the water to make leather... And whats skills please.

If im not mistaken its just tanning skill, bark, and using container to collect water for first time.

also note that you'll need two buckets, you can't simply throw the bark inside the bucket, somehow the hearthlings have some kind of brain issue and need to put the bark inside the bucket and pour water from another bucket on top of it.
