How can i make hunger go down faster?

According to Einstein's theory of relativity, if you travel really fast time should pass by faster for you. So try boarding the ISS for a couple of days.

You don't, as far as I know. It's based on real time.

You can't make it go down faster, but you can be more selective about how/what you eat so it doesn't go up as quickly.
