How do you transplant bushes?

This is something I have been wondering. I have tried but not even gotten the option.

Just lift it up and put it down where you want it. You'll need a shovel.

Derf even tried a tree plantersbut and everything, derf derf derf.

Edit: Ran off with the one teach bush in the area.

They do, when a decy hit would hit they regrow there stuff.
