Asphyxiation

So... I got Asphyxiation from swimming too long. It healed. Altho I still have int debuff. How to fix that?

There may be some types of damage that are permanent.

Asphyxiation INT dmg is not permanent. Try relogging to see if it resets, otherwise report the bug with screenshots.

If you heal damage that accompanies stat damage, you need to heal all that damage for it to go away. Multiple debuffs stack (like treating multiple wounds with Stinging Poltice).

On the grounds of permanent ability damage, when are we going to see methods for permanent debuffs in stats?

Related to permanent wound types?

Any permanent debuff would, indeed, belong to a permanent wound.
