Landscaping - wells and pali's

Postby dariun » Wed Sep 09, 2015 2:19 pm

Hi all,

I started building a pali and had a few questions relating to that, landscaping and wells.

I know you can dig dirt and landscape to level the ground/make a pit, my questions are:

1) Can you raise the floor level so that it is higher than pali level? I.e. can you build up a mound of earth next to a pali and climb over?

2) Opposite of the above, can you dig under the pali and then crawl into a base?

3) When trying to find a well the message "the water runs too deep" comes up, can you then dig a pit to get closer to the water source?

Thanks!

How does that make sense?

I mean I haven't tried it before, but that seems the logical thing to do: if a message pops up and says something is too deep, just dig for it.

Because the entire dowsing rod system would make no sense otherwise.

Don't try to look too hard into the logic of it, it's a video game. The error message could easily be "there's no water here".
