leeches not converting unfaced

mine did get done eventually, just so you know, took a lot of leeches though

Small update - I'm down to 1 unfaced left. I've probably bloated close to 50 leeches, not sure if this is intended but it's very tedious and annoying, especially with how easy it is to get unfaced and then also having to wait for leech burns.

Perhaps increasing the % chance to get leech burns a bit? Just a suggestion.
