Best detected source spots

Hi2all!
What you can tell about quality of your resource source?
I traveled very much, and tried to find source spots of clay, soil and water, but i had find only low quality spots:
AvgQ of each resource type about 30(survival cap 40)...
Are high quality source spots more rare than before?
What is the best quality source you found?

Generally speaking in haven, talking about high Q nodes is taboo. It invites trouble since the larger factions are busy hunting them. If you find nice stuff, you keep your mouth shut about it for a long time / forever.
