I have 22 Marksmanship and it still takes me 12 arrows to actually hit something XD. what freaking helps accuracy for reals?

It didn't in legacy, so I don't expect it to here either. Possible it's been changed, but most systems are either massively/noticeably different or exactly the same. My vote is same for quiver.
