Dead alts drain 19-20 authority all over the place

is that some sort of bug? just noticed a few villages with dead alts laying down and having yellow 19s and 20s pop out of them, i figured it cant be hp, maybe an authority, so is that used for some sort of bug or just grieving?

It is HP, your corpse keeping taking "damage" after you starve to death. Most likely manual labor alts
